our 30 year old Coonara's baffle plate was becoming so thin it was timely to replace. A google search found this genuine original baffle plate that i'm sure will last another 30 years. The service I received from Downs was second to none. I ordered the product on line after a telephone conversation with staff who were more than helpful.
