Wood heater spare parts can be very confusing, we try to make it simple for you. If you cannot come in to our store we are happy to freight parts to you but we need information to help you make the right choice.
Usually when looking for spare parts we will ask you heaps of questions
- what is the make and model of the heater or stove (most will have a compliance plate somewhere if you look hard enough and this will be an enormous help
- can you bring the old part in or send us a photo
- can you give us some measurements, even your warped baffle plate or broken bricks can give us some clues
- have you still got the owners manual, some will even provide a spare parts list
Please note not all spare parts are shown on our website (we are still adding them) so do contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for.

FAQ About Wood Heater Spare Parts:
Do you sell new wood heater doors - this is one of the most frequent questions we are asked and 99% of the time it's not what you need.
Do you know that most wood heater doors have a glass retainer fitted which is what holds the glass to the door. Over time these glass retainers burn or rust out and require replacing. If you look really closely you will see the retainer on the inside of the door, and that's what you will need to order. Whole doors are incredibly difficult to source new and are usually not required.
Can I burn my heater with a damaged baffle plate - our answer is always NO. The baffle has a few purposes, one is to stop the flames going up the flue. Burning your log fire with damaged baffles is dangerous and should never happen.
